CherryBiz to Host Open House with Design Build Professionals

The Cherrywood Business Council (CherryBiz) will host an open house on April 7 for 78722 neighbors interested in building work spaces at their homes. We have invited six Cherrywood-based design build professionals who will offer free 15 minute consultations. We invite you to bring your ideas, goals, and visions and pair up with one of them to get more pro-bono guidance and direction on your home offices or studio. Nicholas Blaise Koch (Equitable Green Group) works with a a multidisciplinary team of credentialed and committed professionals to collaborate and deliver cutting-edge green building solutions that set the bar for energy efficiency and innovation.

Sabina Daly (Jade Construction) has been doing residential construction and remodeling in San Antonio and Austin since 1997. Her goal is to honor a home while updating it.

Girard Kinney (Kinney & Associates) has designed commercial and residential projects all over Austin since 1977. He has designed several studios over the years, including secondary apartments, offices and art studios that met a variety of needs for his clients.

Zak Robinson (Zak Robinson Architecture & Preservation) specializes in Architecture, Preservation and Planning. Since moving to Austin’s Cherrywood neighborhood over a year ago, Zak has focused on projects from rehabilitation reports on historic homes, churches and historic World War II barracks to designing the renovations and additions associated with them.

Erin Tassoulas (Erin Tassoulas Design + Build) enjoys finding creative solutions for your living or working spaces. She designs and builds, and no project is too small.

Shiloh Travis (Truehome Design Build) is in the business of serving people through the process of designing and building home spaces that fit and nurture the inhabitants, their surrounding community, and our natural environment.

The Cherrywood Business Council (CherryBiz) is dedicated to creating networking and educational opportunities for neighborhood-based businesses. Annual membership dues are $25.
