Meeting began at 6:35 PM

Decision:  Acting Chairperson Chris Sharman signed the amended MOU.  The decision record from the 11/14/00 was approved with no changes required.

The next order of business was organizational housekeeping.  The planning team members in attendance decided to elect a chairperson for the planning team.

Decision:  Steven Kreger was elected as the Upper Boggy Creek Neighborhood  Planning (NPT) Team Chair.  Bo McCarver was selected as the Vice-Chair.

Pauline Porter discussed the Cherrywood Neighborhood Association vision development process.  During the course of her presentation, there were several discussions and questions about the process, and the importance of developing a vision.

As part of the discussion over developing a vision for the planning area, Bo McCarver said he would bring information about the Blackland’s Neighborhood Association strategy to the next meeting.  This information could then be pooled with that created by the Cherrywood effort to perhaps create a broader vision for the planning area.

The next item of business was a discussion of the survey.

Decision:  A subcommittee was established to review the standard Residential and Business Owner/Non-Resident Property Owner Survey and modify it to meet the needs of the planning area.  The members of the subcommittee are:
