LUT Committee Meeting, August 6, 2014

The Cherrywood Land Use and Transportation (LUT) Committee will meet on August 6, 2014 at 7:15 p.m., at Taqueria Los Altos, 3301 N I-35. The meeting will be chaired by Girard Kinney and the agenda is the following:

7:00:    Arrive, arrange a table, order food & beverage
7:15:    Convene meeting, introductions
7:25:    Announcements (chair and others)
7:35:    Approval of Meeting Notes
7:45     Sidewalk Master Plan; effort to obtain written copy of approved Plan for digitization and posting to website; discussion toward revisiting Plan per vote of June LUT meeting
8:00    Visual obstructions at intersections, including a discussion about Curb Painting; Discussion toward preparing language for CNA Standing Rule regarding process by which a petitioning member shall inform and obtain consent of neighbors prior to bringing action to LUT/SC (language to be delivered to SC)
8:20:   Airport Blvd Longhorns; Discussion regarding action with Mueller NA toward possible removal of Longhorns at Schieffer/Zach Scott and Wilshire/Aldrich
8:30    Mobility35; Discussion regarding LUT recommendation to SC on plans to date, and moving forward
8:40    Project Connect; Discussion regarding LUT recommendation to SC on potential bond initiative
8:50    Fences and other construction in street r.o.w.
8:55    New business
9:00    Adjourn
