Maplewood Spring Fling Community Picnic is May 5

School families and neighbors are invited to the Maplewood Spring Fling Community Picnic for end of the year gathering on Saturday, May 5. There will be hot dogs, foam party, dunk tank, student performances, and crafts. Please bring a dish to share and feel free to bring a blanket, a frisbee, other crafts to share, and or a ball and start your own game. It’s all about hanging out and enjoying each other!

WHAT: Maplewood Spring Fling: A Community Picnic
WHEN: Saturday, May 5, 10:30am–1pm

Student Performances at the Performance area: 12:00 – 12:30 PM (in order of appearance)

* Kinder and 1st grade will sing “Rain Rain” and then dance to “The Duck Dance”
* 2nd and 3rd will sing and play “Rocky Mountain” and “Wallflowers” and recorder songs.
* 3rd and 4th will sing “The Hungarian Canon” and mallet percussion
* 4th and 6th grades: “Mister Rabbit, Mister Rabbit” and “Rabbit and the Possum” with percussion accompaniment.

Please note: If you’d like your child to be able to participate in the foam party please complete this online waiver. Hard copies of the waiver will also be on hand.
