Introduction

The City of Austin is updating the Land Development Code (“LDC”) that determines how land can be used throughout the city - including what can be built, where it can be built, and how much can (and cannot) be built. Information about the latest revision of the LDC can be found at the City of Austin website “Land Development Code Revision

CNA

As the city revises the LDC in 2020, the CNA is pursuing an active approach to commenting and providing feedback. By taking ownership of our section of the LDC in the context of the City’s goals, we believe that we can help shape and guide the revision of the LDC in a way that benefits the citizens of Austin both now and in the future.
