23rd Annual French Place 4th of July Parade

The 23rd annual French Place 4th of July parade is coming up! Join neighbors walking from E. 28th Street and French Place to Cherrywood Green with their friends and families, pets, noise-makers, and red, white and blues. Starting time is 10 a.m., an the parade wraps up with a party at the Cherrywood Green pocket park.

What to bring

* painted faces
* decorated bikes, strollers, and wagons
* music and noise makers
* pets (mostly dogs but two goats at the 2014 parade stole the show)
* flags, of course

Please feel free to bring refreshments (watermelon and cookies are always a hit) to share with neighbors by before the parade starts. You can leave them at the picnic tables at E. 34th St. and Cherrywood Rd.
